[Magdalen] Remember lustmeets?

Hey all,

Remember the good old days when the list(s) were more active? One of the
really fun things I remember from the 90s-early 2000s: listmeets!

Tonight we revived that tradition right here in San Antonio, TX! Our
listling (another long-lost term!) Pamela Braun was in town to visit her
family. Alex, Milo and I welcomed her to our home for dinner. A good time
was had by all!

Alex was amazed to learn that meeting a "stranger" for the first time can
be a wonderful experience. Milo found another "dog person" who played with
him and loved on him like he was family. I re-learned that listmeets are an
incredible gift from God!

We laughed (a lot), we cried (a little) and we thoroughly enjoyed our time
together. Hours passed before we knew it! What a gift!

Anyway, we hardly recommend the re-establishment of this tradition. What a
lovely evening! Pam is as fun as I remember and I definitely felt Eleanor's
presence with us.
