I think you're probably right about the safe and steady bit. Most
Australians wouldn't  worry about a female in charge, although it's
probably going to stretch the
'bonds of affection" wrt Sydney Diocese (and its likewise church plants
around the country - even some in my Diocese of Brisbane(!))
