I like this bit from Dropbox's marketing: "There's a folder, and you
put things in it." Which is most of what you do with Dropbox. You have
a Dropbox folder that the Dropbox software watches, and when you put
something in there, Dropbox silently copies it into an identical
folder in the "cloud" (meaning your Dropbox account on their servers).
It also gets copied to a similar folder on other devices you've set up
to use your Dropbox account. So the items in your Dropbox are
available to you on any of those devices or by signing into Dropbox
using your web browser or mobile app. All that from just putting
something in a folder. :)
