For both me and my dear friend, who's flying out of Boston at 4:30 PM Eastern, switching over at Chicago, and arriving at Oakland at 10:00 PM Pacific.  For me, it's for driving up there during what I hope will be the backside of today's onslaught.  Luckily, the bulk of San Jose work traffic will be long tapered off by the time I leave 7-7:30.
