[Magdalen] Favorite marmalades?

I knew someone who kept a small crock of (rum? brandy?) on a kitchen
shelf. She sliced up her orange and lemon peels and put the slices in the
crock to marinate.

You cannot imagine brownies with diced marinated orange peels.
