meaning that I should read all my mail on Gmail?

(different aspect of topic - does the fact that my WLM is 2009 have anything 
to do with my problems?)

Can I merge all my filed mail from various email sources, going back 3 ISPs 
, into gmail? (like when I got my second computer and I moved my files form 
Outlook Express on first computer to OE on second computer?
