[Magdalen] USA folks doing business trips in Canada?

Sounds like your company's travel booking system is somewhat like S/O's,
minus the person he always referred to as the "travel bimbo" (who has now
left and not been replaced)...not nice, I know, but she was impossibly
dumb. Fortunately he hasn't had to make any travel arrangements since she
left. I think her position has now devolved on one one in HR. I shudder to
think.......
