[Magdalen] Church layouts, was Re: Religion Without God

Our crosses can be vacant, symbolizing the resurrection, or they can have
Jesus hanging on them.  How dreary that some folks want to tell others what
they ought to want.

There's an image here of the altar cross at Holy Cross Monastery, where a
choir I sing in constitute the artists-in-residence. I have a copy of it in
my office. A brother created it in his cell.
