[Magdalen] Dalai Lama traffic jam

Got stuck in a gigantic traffic jam outside North Station/Boston Garden at
noon. Puzzled. Too early for a Bruins (hockey) game. Too early for a
Celtics (basketball) game. A great number of families with children in tow,
but it's the wrong season for the Ice Capades. The circus was here two
weeks ago. Very puzzled.

Nope, it was the Buddhist crowd coming from the Dalai Lama's talk at the
Garden 9:30-12:00. A long time for those many children to sit still & pay
attention, but good practice for them.
