Divorce altered my retirement plans.  I had property in the  Pinehurst
Development in the Sand Hills of North Carolina, but it had to be sold as  
part
of the divorce settlement.
 
I thought that climate with the mild winters was ideal for me.   Granted 
there
is heat and humidity in the summer, but not like that of Florida.
