[Magdalen] snow

According to a report on the BBC three hours ago trucks have been 
dumping mounds of snow in Buffalo, NY and ABC reports that the National 
Guard has been mobilized there.  Those outside the UK may not be able to 
view tyhe video clip but you should all be able to see the still and text.
