[Magdalen] After hours calls.....prayer request

Please pray for Carrie Ann and her family. She is in intensive care. Her
family is very worried.
They are not ready to lose her and are requesting prayer.

We are without a priest and a secretary. Some decisions had to be made
about personning the office. (Manning is not appropriate as we have no male
volunteers for the office 😊). We are using volunteers with me as a backup
who do you call person for 9-12 during the week.

After hours, I have the phone at church programmed to ring to my cell
phone. It shows the caller on my phone and church number is shown to
caller. I am given a message that it is office phone and to press 1 to
accept call. I do not get lots of calls. Our folks know office hours.

This seems to work well for us and enables folks like the worried
granddaughter above to talk to a real person!  How do other folks handle
after hours calls?
