Been meaning to say...thinking of you Mike and praying for a smooth transition. 

Apparently, it's Occupational Therapy month! I now work in an interdisciplinary team with OTs and really appreciate their amazing skills especially with kids and frail elders. 

To add my cents worth from this experience, an OT assessment is invaluable especially wrt falling. The patients do fall in frail care/assisted living and if someone has a history of falls, it's useful to know why they lose balance. It could be due to one or more of several possibilities.
