I don't think they need the money. Loads & loads of people
buy full subscriptions (fundraisers as well as bill collectors).
And, of course, direct marketers. Mikihiro is always getting
solicitations re: new condo developments and investment
opportunities. S/he also gets mailings from Doctors Without
Borders.
