[Magdalen] Need to blow off steam

The main fence work is updating existing wood fencing that is falling
down and is a pain for the neighbours on two sides. The privacy fence
is simply a single line of fence running down toward the sidewalk, no
barbed wire. Won't be happening any time soon, that is clear. If you
saw the set-up, you'd understand the fishbowl aspect of it.
