Check the freezer case, ME....rabbit is generally available frozen in many
supermarkets. It's excellent meat. If you can get over any "thing" you
might have about eating the Easter bunny, you will find that it's adaptable
to most chicken recipes. Again, I recommend rabbit cacciatore.
