This is great news!

Private practice can never trump the depth and breadth of hospital-based
care. And residents are so great, eager and full of the desire to learn,
loading up on information re: current treatments, but still supervised.

A solitary walk a day would probably do you a world of good. Christans
have "pilgrimage" and "stations," but Buddhists have walking meditation.
A fine concept.
