[Magdalen] Temporarily Lutheran

So I've taken up (again) going to the Lutheran church in New Market which
is about 6 miles from our house. It's complicated, but it's closer than any
Episcopal church, and after all that time I put in at St. Barnabas I figure
I'm about half Lutheran anyway. The people are friendly and I like the
pastor a lot, they have a competent, if small, choir and a good organist
and  they seem to have an excellent outreach in the community, all
positives for me. I have no idea about internal politics at this point. I
hadn't been attending this summer but I'm making an effort to go back now;
I know my spiritual life needs nurturing. Today's sermon was about
forgiveness so I'm sure I was supposed to be there. Now if I can just
master that infernal Lutheran service music! I have never been able to get
the hang of it.....
