Some may well wonder, "Who in Sam Hill
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Hill_(euphemism)> is Joe Hill?"

He was a labor organizer, which pretty much qualifies him outright, since
in those days, being a labor organizer could and did get one killed.

The link shows the man's pedigree, but also illuminates the willingness of
supposedly responsible adults to collude in another's death.  The death
date of Joe will hit the century mark next year.
