... was in the past, not present, and yes, got her fired, which is what the Big Question is all about.  I used every possible racial epithet my Texan parents could teach me all the way up into my early days of college.  If I had a famous cooking show on TV, or any show, should my pre-reformation past get me fired, regardless of my post-reformation present?
