I'm no fan of Paula Deen, but in her defense, didn't
she author a book about healthy eating after she was
diagnosed with diabetes-2?  ("Paula Deen's Health Cookbook")
 
I don't suppose this blots out all the over-the-top cooking she's
been noted for, but it is a little attempt.
 
I wonder if she's related to the late Jimmy Dean, of pork sausage  fame?
