[Magdalen] The Deen controversy

I had to deal with a surprisingly racist woman in the workplace,
the depth of whose bias was just incomprehensible to be.
Raised by working class white Bostonians, a member of an
extremely judgmental Protestant sect, she simply couldn't
work effectively with a diverse staff. Her loss, of course, but
she made lots of people miserable while pursuing a path of
professional self-destruction.
