A condign punishment for the person who so poisoned you would be to listen
to the 15 Old Testament Lessons from the Byzantine Lectionary (usually
reduced) in Old Slavonic, Greek, and English with all the options for the
choral responses sung either in medieval Byzantine chant or Znamenny by a
tone deaf cantor
