Thank you for that, Jay.

Molly is, (hi, Molly!) of course, free to share or not, as she sees fit 
a proper. Like Brudder Jon has written, it's not something with which 
I'm familiar -- even tho', with my church communications hat on, I can 
see the advantage of "exit interviews."

However, while my prayers have been offered for Molly's situation, the 
note was sent to the list as general question for any who might care to 
discuss it. If limited, I would have considered a private note to her 
perhaps more appropriate.
