I worked as Revenue Officer in Detroit from 1979 to 1983, Computer
Specialist in DC and Martinsburg, WV from 1983 to 1994 and again as Revenue
Officer in Baltimore (Hagerstown office) from 1994 to 1996.  I finally got
my Disability Retirement retroactive to February 1996 in 2002 after
prolonged legal action  (Google - Conant v OPM).
