Hi Kate,

You retired about when I came to the IRS, but you must have been a higher grade than me.  I am only a 7.5 However, you were on board during a better retirement program, Actually I started in 2002 and that's when your litigation ended, but I think you were hired under the better system. We have some people today  who are still in litigation over work related injuries. (2 person in my unit; one that I see every day)
