I just spent a few hours on the phone with Rakesh, a service specialist at
Dell. He did some voodoo with my ailing PC and it is not much better.  I
asked if I ought to upgrade to Windows ten, and he said, "Not now. At this
moment, we are seeing every day numerous concerns with the new Windows.  It
is still having bugs and various problems.  I recommend you wait at least
two or three more weeks if not a couple of months so that the bugs can be
reconciled."

I plan to let things sit as is for the time being.
