Good luck with this situation, Mike.  May rain fall, but in just the 
right measure to soak in and do good instead of being too much of a good 
thing!

(1995, the entire Monterey Peninsula was rendered an island, and the entire town of Pajaro was under water near Watsonville, and 1998 put much of Carmel Valley out to sea.)  We could be really ready, if money was available.  Money?  Available?  Yeah, RIGHT!
