[Magdalen] Shoulder-related question

Grace,

I went home the same day from both of my shoulder surgeries. As for
clothing/dressing, you will have to take the sling on and off to bath and
change clothes. Just don't lift the arm. Let it hang by your side when the
sling is off. Plan on wearing tops that button in front. Any sort of
pullover is nearly impossible in the first few weeks. Put the inured arm in
first then pull the garment up and on with the other arm and button it.
Takes a little practice, but it's not that hard. If you like, practice
before the surgery.
