When Bill had liver cancer he was 85. His replaced hip was giving him 
fits and he needed it replaced again. The treatments for Macular 
Degeneration were no longer helping. Losing his eyesight was 
unacceptable to him. He made the decision to enter hospice. I was not 
ready to lose him but respected his decision.

I believe each case needs to be evaluated with no 'one case fits all' 
decision.
