[Magdalen] Militia

The militia includes organized militias like the National Guard. In my day
there was a requirement that the length of service, if drafted, was seven
years, of which some component was in a reserve, after which one could get
a discharge.
However, the definition of militia provides that there are no exemptions,
such as religion or belief, other than medical that excuse one from the
militia, as defined.
