I belong to a "Mission" parish and have found this Bishop to be very concerned and fair. Please do not sell him short. I think he is on top of all in the parishes.

Yep, several of us have written him, on several occasions. His
representative (basically the canon to the ordinary) has been in on
vestry meetings and the special parish meeting for the Airing of
Grievances (an early Festivus event). The bishop himself reportedly
has met with the vestry, although how he gets into those meetings on a
Sunday without being seen is a neat trick. Timing, perhaps. He could
walk over from home or the cathedral, but probably drives from
wherever he visited in the morning.
