My treatment was cleaning the wound, using a mesh with honey, or a patch
called silvercell, covering that with a pad, winding up the leg with
viscopaste and topping that off with a tube compression sock. Almost 2
months of that before the graft. I probably waited too long to see my doc
too.
The skin is very thin and fragile, so no scrubbing on it. Do have a bandage
inside a thin mesh.
