[Magdalen] dogs in the city

I just hate this week, when people leave their dogs alone for days
sometimes.

The dogs bark & howl and it's heartbreaking, and the SPCA can't do anything
without an exact address *with* apartment number.

The other night there was a fire down the street from us. It started in a
kitchen in the second floor apartment and burned up through another three
storeys. All the people got out of the building, but two dogs, whose owners
weren't home when the fire started downstairs, perished.

It sux.
