[Magdalen] What are we reading?

I read The Yiddish Policemen's Union by Chabon which was quite good. I
forgot to mention that the first couple of books in the Doc Ford series are
Sanibel Flats and The Heat Islands. Obviously they take place on and around
Sanibel Island, Write what you know and all that.
