Probable available used on amazon or one of the other sites.  You're right,
it is excellent!  I had the pleasure of having "Mixy" for systematics
during my first year of seminary. She retired my senior for health
reasons.  Wherever she is, I know she's still loving the questions--though
she may know the answers now!
