She received the inevitable probate eviction notice yesterday (Valentine's Day), giving her 74 days (including an additional unexpected two weeks) to vacate.

Ultimately a blessing (if not for the kids who are looking at yet another quick crisis re-location), as she doesn't need to be in that house and would-be family anymore.  It just most likely means she'll be leaving the area forever.
