[Magdalen] Snow has stopped

Judy, I too grew up hearing that it is too cold to snow. Wonder if that 
was just along the Great Lakes or simply an old wives' tale.

The plow went up and down our street about an hour ago. A friend has 
plowed my driveway. The temperature is up to 30 F.

All schools, many businesses, and the city government are closed. It 
appears that most of the scheduled Pancake Suppers have been canceled.

We are to have daytime temps above freezing for the rest of the week but 
nighttime temps down as low as 2F. Guess there will be lots of black ice 
in the mornings.

I'm grateful to Mother Sue for bringing me communion last Sunday.
