[Magdalen] Kirk Wyss R.I.P.

Prayers, please, for the repose of Kirk Wyss, my late ex's best buddy and
sailing partner, who died yesterday, aged 72. Kirk was a retired attorney
and a real character. Although they were diametrically opposed politically,
he and the ex agreed on almost everything else and were pretty good for
each other, Kirk to keep the ex a little more on a straight path and the ex
to keep Kirk from getting too pompous. Kirk was funny, sarcastic, upright,
a pillar of the church, and a faithful friend always. He'll be much missed.
