[Magdalen] Slimming the Diocese.

Jim, I do not believe the Diocese of Bethlehem had a particular problem
with broken trust with their Bishop (wasn't that +Paul Marshall?).  But I
don't hear all the scuttlebutt, so I could be wrong.
