Yes, we do.  We both have wills (being updated this coming week), powers of attorney, advance directives, and the most recent one for Marcy is a Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (POLST) document.  About 30 states have this last one now, and it makes advance directives a physician’s order.  It’s taped to the refrigerator door.  See http://www.polst.org <http://www.polst.org/>.
