[Magdalen] Bishop Cook

I've just read that Bishop Cook's blood alcohol level was .22.
(A level that might kill someone with little tolerance. .08 is the
legal limit in Maryland.) She and the diocese need our prayers
for sure.

I suppose the diocese owned her car and insured it (I've
never met a bishop who didn't drive a "company car.") Loads
of liability issues. So prayers for the chancellor, too.
