Last time I left this apartment building: January 3

Still not done. The proposal will be submitted on Tuesday.
Estimated pages: 3,200, in four volumes plus CDs and USB drive.
Oh, 15 copies of the 3,200 paper pages.

All this after a sanctimonious initial set of instructions on how to
submit a "green" proposal (black and white, recycled paper, no binders).

We've used color, and we'll use binders, thanks.
