[Magdalen] Diocese of Virginia 2015 Council Meeting

It'll be a historic, festive day when the rest of the church can welcome
Virginia back into the warm fellowship of dioceses that have conventions
instead of councils. ;)

You could also argue about the correct pronunciation of "dioceses." I
overheard a sacristy conversation about this and did the unthinkable:
checked a good dictionary. Pretty much any way you want to say it is
acceptable.
