[Magdalen] Diocese of Virginia 2015 Council Meeting

To me council is COUNCIL... as in the great council's of THE CHURCH (all 
caps for emphasis not audio).

So when this discussion began, having noticed that our TEC has an abundance 
of both, I pondered how seriously they might have taken their independent 
little selves by using/choosing the word council.   And I'm curious what 
thinking is propelling VA to change.
