It's still called Forward in Faith North America.  If you look at their 
Council members you will see a number of ACNA people there. FiF is not 
an ecclesial body so its members need to make their spiritual home 
somewhere.  As you observe when groups split off they do tend to be 
fissiparous.  They may share a common dislike of X but that does not 
provide a goherent basis for keeping them together so they keep splitting.
