[Magdalen] Eliminating sugar?

Amazingly, we have almost stopped eating bread! I never thought I would,
but S/O did and it doesn't make sense to buy it if just one person eats it.
I do buy the "sandwich thins" for the rare occasions we have burgers but
otherwise we use whole grain wraps for "sandwiches".

My suggestion would be to try "clean eating".....shop the perimeter of the
store, avoid anything refined, and don't eat white stuff (white flour,
sugar, white potatoes, white rice) or processed food...stuff in boxes or
things with a lot of ingredients. That's what is working for us.
