[Magdalen] Eliminating sugar?

bleached almost always, whole wheat, have to look for it as 'conditioner' or
if it's overly processed probably.

The dough conditioner is the 'give away' on bread labels. I was surprised
that a local, huge middle eastern food enterprise, restaurant and grocery
with two locations in the city has bromides in their pita bread, which is
home made by them... which means that even whole wheat it has bromides. (I
imagine that the larger the baker/bakery, the more likely they will be using
flour with bromide.
