[Magdalen] Eliminating sugar?

Renee, how on earth do you manage no sugar AND no flour?? What are you actually allowed to eat?
I do remember that gathering at your house years ago when you were first following that regimen. IIRC, it was your birthday, and someone had brought you a crustless cheesecake, which I guess would basically be a cheesecake pudding.

I follow a program that is no flour (of any type), no sugar and no alcohol.
The no sugar thing is not that hard. Basically. If it comes in a package, I don't eat it.
For a few condiments, like prepared salad dressing, the program permits sugar if listed as the fifth (or lower amount) ingredient.
It really isn't that hard now. But I have been doing this for 13 years. My former secretary reminds me that I was the witch from hell for the first 6 weeks
100 lbs later. I am still chubby, but much healthier, happier and within the normal size range
I do not miss the sugar. Upon occasion, I miss a few savory foods. Then I laugh and get over myself.
