[Magdalen] Winter Boredom

Used to be a restaurant here in Chicago by the name of Heat, and they
specialized in some of the more shocking (to us) ultra-fresh seafoods,
some of them still moving on your plate. Needless to say, we let that
one go without a visit.

We like Hello Sushi, down the street. If one sticks with the sushi
menu, one doesn't encounter raw fish.

A friend of mine, on whom I had a bit of a crush at the time,
suggested we go to a stylish sushi bar in East Cupcake. At the bar,
one picked up a small order form and a little pencil and ticked the
items one wished to order. My friend James merrily ticked this and
that, down the page, and I selected a few things. Everything was
delicious, and then the bill showed up: about $75 for James and $50
for me. Worth it for the nice time with James, though. I think the
sake added a lot to the total.
